This is somewhat a continuation of this thread.

It all started here.

I rubbed with some Toshida Teriyaki sauce and granulated garlic and lemon pepper.

On the smoker after 3 hours at 230'.

After the 1 1/2 hour foiled with grape juice.
Put in fridge till tonight for finishing. About 1/3 Sweet and Sour and 2/3 Kc Masterpiece.

After searing in the sauce a bit on the Weber Gas.

Messy plate but you get the idea.

I used apple wood and hickory and used the 3 1 1/2 0 method. They weren't not fall apart but came off the bones cleanly. Carol said she loved them but likes the fall off the bones better. Next time I will do a full 3 2 0 method.

Anyway thanks for watching.

looks good ron. when are the other racks going in the box? How did you like the grape juice for the braise? I like to use grape jelly in my sauce sometimes, seems like it kicks it up a notch.

They look real good Ron! It ok if it's not "fall off the bone"......If I want "fall off the bone" I just have pulled pork !

Good job, Ron ,nice score on the meat,,,grape juice neaver have i used grapejuice....I have used grapejelly and BBQ sauce with little smokies in crockpot for partys and family get togethers...but not grapejuice..i like my ribs cooked just like that, not so much falling a part...got to get some teriyaki ...nice sear on weber....all around great job

Thanks for the Q View Ron. Keep that up and I'll have to call Jenny Craig...

Thanks.

I'll be doing them one at a time, make them last. I didn't notice a big difference in taste. I think a grape jelly rub would though.

Thanks!!

Thanks Joe.
