Baby Backs hitting the infusion!

    Dinner just went on! Rubbed down last night with base of mustard (haven't done it before but willing to try all)
    Going to do 250 for 2 2 1 method. Maple Pellets on it. Wanted to get my amps going with apple also but a lighter don't work so I'll buy a butane torch at work next week.

    Coming out of the foil in which I had apple juice brown sugar and squeeze parkay. Falling away from the bone these may be done now but I need to sauce

    Ever try without foiling? I prefer a nice bite personally. Let me know what you think of the sauce I have yet to buy it or his rub I plan on getting his book soon.

    Have not but these would of been good without sauce. I enjoyed the Jeff sauce.
    Here is the final then cut then plate with half head of cabbage done on the grill
