Decided to smoke some baby backs today using some new rub and sauce. I'll update the thread as the day goes by. First I'll start with the prep.

Finished product 5 hours in mes then 15 or so on grill for a good crispy taste

They were great. Just a pile of bones left now. The Johnny Trigg rub and sauce wasn't bad at all for being store bought.
