We got back from the lake yesterday evening and my wife needed something from the store so I ran up to H.E.B. as it was the closest and just happen to browse through the meat section and low and behold what did I find. Whole pork loins on sale for $1 / pound.....I thought I was seeing things so I grabbed one and made a checker scan it and sure enough $1 / pound so I went back and bought 5 more.... They averaged around 8#. I think I am gonna cut it up into 2 separate pieces since an 8 pounder is too much for my family. I wonder how I'm gonna cook em this time....any suggestions?
