Just ran across pork butt at HEB in Hsouton for 67 cents/lb. Bought two 8-9 pounders (limit). Will go back for more.
These appear to be vacuum packed in heavy plastic. Can I freeze like that or do I need to take it out and wrap in butcher paper?
