Hi everyone, it's been a while since I posted here so I thought I'd post a little pork smoke I did for my sister's birthday. Nothing fancy, just some pork chops, spare rib tips, beans, and sausage. I hope everyone's doing well and a happy, safe Thanksgiving holiday too....
