Some nice H&F St Louis ribs and French Fries!     Jamaican jerk rub with a homemade tare sauce!   Wanted to try some tariyaki style ribs but also wanted a little heat underneath so this is what i came up with.

Here's the rest of the cook pics.  I got some el cheapo Aldi St Louis cut, left the flap on and the membrane.  After the prep and 90 minutes later this was the result, Some of the bones were falling out and they tasted fantastic so I can't complain!

Thanks guys!   It was fun experimenting with some new flavor profiles.  Tell ya one thing i'm not buying store bought teriyaki anymore!
Yes it was about 90 on the dot, some go longer and some less but it's been in the 60-90 minute range so far.   I cooked them in my drum but with something i'm patenting because I think it has applications for many different cookers.
