anyone ever?

Hey has anyone ever smoked a padlefish, aka spoonbill? We went snaging last weekend and we have a big pile of fish in the frezer. I have a chicken im putting on also bc my sister wont eat fish.

I've always wanted to try catching paddlefish, it sounds like so much fun!!

I've smoked other fish, catfish, cod, salmon...maybe one of the recipes would work for paddlefish too.
