I'm in the process of making my first fatties now. One is at 158, so it shoudn't be too much longer. One is a Chili-Cheese-Dog (dog, cheddar, onion, chili seasoning, mustard). The other is Buffalo Chicken (smoked chicken, blue cheese, onion, garlic, buffalo sauce). The meat wrap is 2/3 beef and 1/3 sausage. I gotta be honest, with the bacon wrap, this is a heck of a lot of meat! It's looks like it will be a pretty heavy meal, although today will be my first time trying one. How about slicing up the fatties, and serving them on a hamburger bun? It might lighten up the meal a little bit. Thoughts? I'll try both ways. I'll be sure to report back.
