Another Sunday Full of Smoke!!!

    After a morning full of errand running (exciting huh), I decided I wanted to load the smoker up with some goodies. I picked up a load of Oak and Hickory yesterday so naturally this gave me motivation/excuse to cook.

    Onto the cooking. I picked up some leg quarters at the store and also had requests for scotch eggs. I grabbed some country sausage from the butcher and mixed it with some Gualtneys Hot Sausage.

    Onto the QView. ......

    After sampling a little bit, the Mrs wanted some Shrimp Linguine.....and since she let me play around most of the day with the smoker I had to do the right thing. Here's a shot of dinner

    Looks great! Ever wrap your scotch eggs with bacon if not its tasty!

    Thanks! To be honest with you, this was my first attempt at scotch eggs. I'll get fancier with them in the future, just wanted to try and get the basics down.
