Greetings! My first post here. Been a longtime home cook, and living in Texas...well...time to add smoking to my repertoire. Big fan of Raichlen as well. I have a Char-Griller Smoker. I'm also an avid Corvette enthusiast and a moderator on a very large Corvette Forum as well.

I'm not a native Texan, but as the saying goes...I got here as fast as I could!

I look forward to learning from all of you!
