Another Newbie!

I found this place when I googled "oak wine barrel smoking" or something like that.

I've been a backyard griller and smoker for a few years and I'm always up for learning more. My main hobby is Jeeping, and there are a lot of guys on the Pirate4x4.com site that are into smoking. A few threads about smoking have popped up there, but I'm stoked to find a site dedicated to it.
