Another new Texas guy

Hello, everyone. My legal name is Tim, but I respond to Sticky (long story, nothing to do with herbal "medicine") as well. This was real confusing when forums began and I started seeing my name on the first few threads of every forum. Then I figured out what a "Sticky" note was (such as this one), while coming to the crushing realization that the e-world doesn't actually revolve around me.

So... I just got a Masterbuilt 30" electric and have done nothing past giving it a little break-in, which I thank someone on here for the advice, though I cannot remember who. I also have a Kenmore 3+1+rotisserie grill that has a bit more experience. Looking forward to learning more about this outdoor art form.

We love to see pictures of what you are cooking (or what we call q-views here at SMF).  To "upload the q-views" just follow the directions here and it will be easier. If you are using a cell phone, an IPad or a kindle, go to the main SMF page and click the Mobile button. If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums.
