Shasta Lake, California
Hi everyone, I'm up here in Far Northern California, 10 minutes south of Shasta Lake and a couple hours north of Sacramento.

We picked up the Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 combo back in October I think. I just convinced my husband to put it together yesterday. We also have a traditional Weber kettle that gets some use but I'm really looking forward to learning how to master the big beast. I have dreams of doing my own bacon among other things. My mom is a transplant from the Wilson area of North Carolina and I have had the pleasure of having really, really, great barbecue so I'd like to attempt to master that at some point as well.

I'm looking forward to participating and learning from everyone.
