Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself, and tell a little bit about me. I am from North Dakota. I do a ton of fishing and hunting. I own a masterbuilt electric smoker, and pretty much all the processing equipment that I need, but am fairly new to the smoking game. I process my own deer every year and have made/smoked plenty of ring sausage but that is about the only smoking I have tried. Like I said before, I really enjoy the outdoors(hunting and fishing), so I am looking to try to learn a little more about smoking so I can do more with my harvests. I would like to start smoking some fish, and try to do some summer sausage for the first time. I have already learned a lot from browsing through these forums. Looks like an awesome site, with a lot of knowledgeable and helpful people. Looking forward to learning more, and trying out some new recipes!
