What a great place you all have made here. I have been smoking on my Weber gasser and decided to step up to the coal. I just bought a WSM and am looking forward to getting it going.

Welcome to SMF b-one!  Great choice in smokers (I'm biased).  Lots of folks here with WSMs and we love what we smoke.  I've got two different types of salmon on mine tonight.  Mmmmmm, salmon candy will be ready in another hour or so.

and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Welcome to the forum from Lansing b-one.  And what a great forum it is to learn the art of smoking everything.
