I am a full time AZ resident, (Phoenix area) I smoke almost every weekend, I have a great supply of mesquite and am not afraid to use it. I use a Chargriller and am learning every time on the grille. I am looking foward to learning how to improve on my methods from the many who contribute to this forum. I found this forum on a smoked meatloaf google search. The picture is from two weekend's ago meatloaf smoke it was a rainy day so the lighting was poor.

If you take a minute and chase the link Paul (Beer-B-Q) has in his post on how to post pictures inline rather than as attachments, you'll find the threads you start will be more widely read and more commented on. Just my $0.02
