Another Mewbie from NY

Hey All!! I am new to the boards but not new to smoking. I found this site a few months ago and aquired alot of great information.

I have a Stainless Steel GOSM 16" and now looking to go wider...lol. I live in lower Westchester and work as a PM in construction on a 22 story high-rise in the City.

Two weekends ago we went camping with 8 families just outside of New Paltz and brought my GOSM. I cooked for about fifty people and had a great time. What made it better is that the GOSM did all the cooking and made life easy for the Saturday night get together. Smoking ribs, pork shoulder and cigars. Nothin better at least on the manly side of things.

It great to be apart of these boards.
