Good day Gentlemen..........

I'll keep this brief, as most have better things to do than read about me.....   I'm new to grilling (at least seriously), and very new to smoking.  In the past four months I've gone all Weber, picking up a Genesis, and a 18.5 Smokey Mountain.  I'm here to learn as much as a I can, and hopefully produce some great food.

Thank you all for keeping this place up and running, and providing a very valuable service to the bbq community.  I hope to be a part of this, and someday pass on some of the knowledge I've gained here....

Take care all, and have a great new year!

Jim
