Been lurking for a while now and have decided to come out of the closet. I've been BBQing for some 40 yrs. This summer both my LP and charcoal grills rusted out, so I bought a Char Griller Trio from TSC. Good move. Did two butts right away (thanks to the info gleaned from this form),and they went so fast I had to do four more for Labor day. Also got a grinder from Northern; casings, seasonings, and cure from Fleet Farm. Need to pick up a stuffer and I'm ready to try sausage. I have plans to build an electric unit as soon as the holidays settle down for the sausage. Hard to do anything this time of year, have to shovel a path to the patio first!
