Greetings from the west coast of Canada. Today is Canada Day, and like the July 4th celebrations that our neighbours to the south and north(Alaska) celebrate with a family BBQ, so do many of us. I picked up a gently used 22.5" base model Weber last weekend and tested it out with a small 5lb. pork roast last week that I thought turned out great. Today I am going to try my hand at some baby back ribs. I stumbled on to SMF yesterday while looking for rubs, I noticed all the great help people were getting in the forums and thought hey I can use more of this. So here I am. I am more of a lurker than a poster, but I will add my .02 cents once in a while.
