Hello, I'm Andrew. I have a wife and 2 kids. I smoke on a large Webber Smokey mountain. I have only used it 3 times and looking forward to getting tips and tricks for future smoking. I have done tri tip, chicken, ribs and bratwurst. My goal is to work up to a brisket. I love brisket!!
