Just two pictures this time. One of "knocking the chill off" of a couple of chuck roasts for bbq beef sandwiches and the other one of my overnight set up because of the rain here last night. Everything went fine and I've got some bbq beans cooking now. I put the meat on about 9 last night and checked it a couple times. It reached temperature this morning about 5 so I wrapped it up and put in the cooler. Shredded up really nice.
