Darn it Todd, I blame you for this problem of mine!

About a week ago, I ordered Pitmaster pellets from Todd. because he's been saying how great they are.

Last night, I brined a yardbird using the Slaughterhouse method.

Today, I smoked that yardbird in my MES 30, using Todd's new Pitmaster pellets (smoked at 275 degrees).

For the past few days, I've been working on laying ceramic tiles in my kitchen.

After a few hours of the yardbird smoking and me laying my tiles, I was unable to focus.

Darn it Todd, the sweet smell of those  Pitmaster pellets was so good. I screwed up cutting a few of the tiles because I couldn't stay focused.  Dang, it was an amazing sweet smell, honestly better than any other pellets that I've used.

Todd, HOW DID YOU CREATE THOSE PELLETS???

Tomorrow, I'm smoking some spareribs. I can't wait to see how they'll smell and taste.

All, I urge you to purchase as much of the Pitmaster pellets as you can get. I don't know how Todd created them but they are amazing.

A Pellet Pooper Machine makes them......

I think the trick, is to mix the Hickory, Cherry and Maple, while everything is being ground, so each pellet has a little of each inside.

Some guys just take a 5 gallon pail, and mix up different pellets.  This works too,

So far the reviews have been great.

They're great all around pellets and sawdust smoke with.

There is a rumor that mine should be here today

Todd, you're so humble.

Man, I smoked a few racks of ribs and a yard bird using the Pitmaster pellets. FINALLY,  My ribs came out absolutely perfect. I flavor from the smoke is amazing. The smell of the burning pellets filled my yard up with the sweetest smell ever.

I've tried a variety of pellets for ribs and none of them really impressed me. I assume the secret is, Pitmaster is a mixture of everything.

Todd, thank you. I can't say enough of how I love em.
