Nice Mother's Day smoke, billbo!
I've only done one brisky, and will have to get my bravery up to try another. I wasn't pleased with the texture or flavor of mine...though, I did try to crowd it a bit on temps (low n' slow and impatience don't mix), and I think she didn't like me too much for it!!!!!!!!
