Hey, all new to SMF and new to smoking I have smoked some ribs on my weber kettle and I use the work "smoked" loosely. I want opinions are on reasonable propane smoker. I want to start doing some "lazy" smoking as I don't have a lot of time right now to spare but eventually want to get into real smoking. Would love to hear any great ideas. If anyone else in the 505 is interested in getting together and going in on meats and picking each others brains and learning together I would love to do that.

Thanks
