Home smoker for last 5 years or so. Using a BGE XL for the last year (birthday present) for shoulders, ribs, chickens and brisket. Just started cold smoking a little and interested in maybe building a small smokehouse in the next couple years. Inside the house I'm a fan of sous vide and some other modern cooking techniques. Love the site, and I've found lots of cool ideas already.
