Going to a 4th of July party tomorrow and the family begged me to make some Pastrami so I smoked up a flat and a point cut on Tuesday, sat it in the fridge for a couple o days and today steamed and sliced it! This is becoming one of my favorite things to make! Just got a couple of pics. Of course I had to make myself lunch today to have a taste. Tomorrow I probably won't have any as I'd like everyone else to enjoy it.
