Hi guys. I'm new to sausage making but have been smoking meats for years. I was curious as to your thoughts on AC Leggs seasonings. I'm particularly interested in #6,#7,#10,#29,#105 and also the bratwurst and kielbasa blends. I lucked up on a brand new Cabelas commercial 1/2 hp grinder (not the Carnivore) for $160. It was the display model and cabelas is closing out this line of grinders.
