  1. I have cooked ABT'S on the weber Q (cream & Bacon) and they have come out great! but is there any tricks to cooking them on a WSM? Cheers

    No difference. If you cut them in half and fill like boats, just lay them on the racks of the WSM or put in a disposable pan, set the temp and let them smoke to the desired doneness. If you leave them whole and stuff from the top, use a Chili Rack and same deal...JJ
