    Yeah...I knew that.....was just just kidding him though.
    I got a bunch of thighs to make that same recipe....just waiting on my grinder and casings to be delivered.

    Nice job, who would have thought that the chicken would have such a good flavor? they shrink like hell when you cook them though lol, ohh do you think its better to let the seasoning sit on the meat chunks rather than with the ground meat in casings?
