Hello all , I am Fitzy from Massachusetts, I am new to the Smoking site and to the world of Smoking meats.

 I am starting my Smoking hobby out with the Brinkman,Smok'N'Grill.

I have gotten some great ideas from the site and will be starting off with whole chicken...I will let you know how they come out.

Welcome Fitzy. I am in MA as well and spend some time in ME from time to time. I also use the Brinkmann ECB as they are known. You will probably want to look over some of the mods posted on the forum to make it run a little better. 

We are also looking to get a northeast smokers group going, I think we are waiting on the moderator to set it up for us. Welcome to SMF and good luck with the chicken! 
 
Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.
