Got started late last night the butt was a still frozen in the center to my surprise when I stuck the probe in.
Getting rubbed
A plain jane Fattie...only Rub and bacon
BB's, man they're getting more expensive.
Added some Cheddar Brats
Will update later in the day, I took the bacon off of the Fattie before I ate it and put it above the butt, just wasn't done enough for me to eat.
