A couple first time items - Spare Ribs

Going to smoke Spare Ribs for the first time - hopefully I cut them right. I've put JB's Fat Boy All Purpose Rub on them and put them in the fridge. I plan on waking up around 5am tomorrow and starting them in time for the Husker game at 11.

I'm also going to try doing the Wicked Beans. I figure I can put the ribs in, get a couple hours of zzz's, wake up and start on the beans.

I'll do my best to remember to grab a few pics, hopefully someone can tell me if I've cut the Spares correctly.
