Cooking at 350 to internal temp 190.

Anyone has an estimate on the hours it will take? All the videos I've seen are at 250 or so and 1h per pound at that temp.

I'm cooking at 350 because we do not eat pulled pork (rarely), we slice it and also like the skin crispy, chicharron style!

Well I can tell you I've done them at 300f and it takes right about six hours to get to 200 for an eight pounder, so given the higher cook temp and lower target temp, I'd start checking at four or five hours.

Thanks for the input; yes I want roasted pork. I do not want it to fall apart like it does for pulled pork, at 200 internal degrees I believe it is.

IQ120 manual says use half the charcoal, no way, at 350 I've had to refill it twice now...

I'm sorry, didn't take pictures, but it was really good. The grill ran out of coals and dwindled to 250 degrees so I took the picnic inside to the oven for 45 minutes at 350.

Sounds good however
