Rec Tec pellet grill
Cooking thighs and wings tomorrow.
Brining today with a recipe found here
Thank you, Thank you

-9? Ouch. Not quite that cold here in South Dakota today but we're supposed to get the freezing rain / 6" of snow tonight. Yeehaw. Ribs are going on regardless tomorrow. Takes twice as much charcoal but worth it.

Burrrrrr. We're getting down to -35 (wind chill) tonight. I think free air is going to be -11 or so here in New England. No Q for me this weekend.

I'm very happy with my Rec-Tec. My brother in law bought one first and I liked it's features. Holds 40lbs of pellets, which is nice for all night cooking. Ran it two days strait Labor Day weekend. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a warm sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
