here is what I have been doin, I was gonna do just ribs, but when the in laws heard we were smokin, they started asking to come here for lunch, so I decided to do a butt to. here is some pics

I finished the butt last night, and started the ribs this morning, they are in foil now. I show the spread when its all done.

well, here it all is, we had a little leftover,,,but not much. Ribs were fallin aff the bone, just the way I like them. Has soflaquers finishing sauce and tony roma carolina honeys.

well I am gonna go know, I think it's time for a nap.

Man those ribs sure look great. Butt is nice too. You need ta throw them beans on the smoker tho dawg. Get some smoke in em. :)

I have done the beans in the smoker, but my wife makes these things and I think that they just cnat be beat, she takes the meat I trim off the ribs and saute's it in green pepers and onions, and mixes that in with bush's, with brown sugar , and I am not wure what else. But we like them better in the oven.

In my opinion they dont need to be made any other way.
