8.5lbs. pork butt in the smoke.

    I put an 8.5 lbs. pork butt in the smoker at 8:00am. More pics to come as things progress.

    Sucking up the rub.

    Fat side up rubbed.

    13.5 hours later I took the pork out to and let it rest and then pull it.

    The bone came out real easy.

    It was cooked at 225-240 degrees.
