These are cooling, brown bag and fridge later then cut em in a day or so.

Where did you get that bag of mix you show in the first picture? I would be interested in getting one of those bags of goodness.
Owens BBQ seasoning mix. Look closely at the bottom of the label in Rick's first photo. Website and phone number are on there. You might also consider their honey BBQ and Chipotle Wildfire stick seasoning as well.

Looks good. Those look a bit bigger than your usual stick casings.

These casings are smoked 20mm collagen, i have so many i gotta use em up.
I will be bringing some to the S,FL gathering. All i been making is going to Paducah with me next week, when i get back i gotta get busy again.

Yeah all i been making is going to Padukah. I will make more for the S, FL bbq.
My mix is 80/20 GB. If you use store bought get the GB from a package or chub where you can see the meat, not that 5lb chub of cheap wallymart crap you cant see into.
