This was meant to be part of dinner. Got started later than i had planned so it never quite made it. Had already done a pizza fatty which we served up on texas toast covered in pasta sauce and cheese. That kept the kids fed. I got the roast pulled around 8:30am so was way past dinnertime but i got to try some of course
The roast is going with us on an upcoming vac. Where we'll be staying only has a gas grill so had to pre smoke something. If we have room will load up the ecb, have to get luggage for two adults and three teenagers in first.
