3 smoked turkey breasts with Q-view

  1. First attemp at turkey breast....smoked with ickory chunks...at aroung 250-325...bumped up temp last 45 min..to brown them up...also saw Trevs post about that honey butter glaze...and whipped some up and added it to them...lets just say...they are very GREAT!!!!!

  3. Looks delicious! How long before the end did you put on the glaze? I did an easter turkey and honey glazed it a bit too soon---came out black but still tasted great.
