That salt pepper chipotle garlic rub sounds awesome !
Thanks Gary!
Oh yeah, Case. Everything looks great!! I caught the fact that you had the beans under the ribs--bet there was lots of extra flavor there.
Nice to see your son wants to share with his buddies and is willing to jump right in and help with the smoke.
Sure wish my camera would take the quality of pics you get, but I'm afraid its getting on in age.

Just ate the last three ribs for breakfast. Had one of each type. My go to rub of Salt Pepper Gaarlic and Chipotle are by far my favorite of the bunch. Sometimes less is more!Great lookin smoke Case.... That all had to be real tasty !

Well I have to be honest its different every time. But this is what I do. I shake on a liberal coating of garlic powder first. Then I grind a good amount of black pepper over that. Next salt. Usually sea salt and I use a salt grinder set on course. I don't use a ton of salt on pork (for ribs like this probably 3-4 twists.). Last but not least comes the chipotle powder. I put a decent amount on but not a massive coating.Totally agree with the less is more Case, 1/2 the time we just hit the ribs with SPOG ! But that salt pepper garlic chipotle rub.... I might have to ask ya just how exactly ya throw that together ! If ya don't mind !
Thanks DS! Yeah these would be good with that Keystone! I only got to have one of the burnt ends, the one I sampled when I took them off the smoker. I probably should have had him make a double batch.
Dang it man - great job - nice smoke Poor mans burnt ends blahahaha thats a good one will have to try that, it will go good with my poor mans light beer
A full smoker is a happy smoker
Great Post and a very patriotic = Points!!!
