I just stared my brisket smoke for Sunday dinner with the family.
Looks good so far!
How did it turn out?
Wife said it was the best brisket I've ever done. I am still experiementing with the pitmaster temp controller and I was very please with the results. Unfortunately, I had operator error on the camera for the finished product but it was a thing of beauty.
A picture is worth a thousand words, unless those words are from the little woman !!!!
