2nd smoke Q-view

  1. Here is my 2nd smoke q-views. I brined the chicken with kosher salt, garlic and onion powder, orange juice, and Kero syrup. The fattys are stuffed with scrambled eggs, onions and sharp chedder cheese. Everything was then rubed with a dry rub that a local butcher makes. I also sprayed everything every half hour with a mix of orange juice and spicey barbique sauce. It all turned out great and is very tasty. Learning is a little frustrating but a load of fun. Thanks to all for all the help.

    Everything looks great!! Great smoke ring on the fatty too!! I'm going to have to try scrambled eggs in it the next time I fire the smoker up.

    Great job for only a 2nd attempt. I like the scrambled eggs idea as well, will save a step at breakfast time (if they last that long)

    Nice looking pics, I like the scrambled egg idea also. Chicken looks good too.
