Well I had two full shoulders sitting in the freezer and decided that I wanted them out of there.....

Cut the first on in half because I was not sure what I was doing then I realized that I could just cut out the joint and have a whole on....oh well







More to come later.....

The top one was 12 pounds before I trimmed it up and the bottom one was 15, not really sure about final weight though, probably about 10 and 13.

That is a combination of Jeff's rub, Bilbo rub and a kool-aid rub that I found here on SMF. Had some leftovers and decided to add them all together. Tasted pretty good with the finger test. Hopefully they will turn out great. Also spritzing with Capt and apple juice about every hour.

Also just added some ABT's as you can see but not many with the price of Jalepenos here.....8.00 per #

Well it is 0430, 11 hours in, here and I have 3 more degrees until the big boy on the bottom rack finally hits 200. Since I don't have a big enough cooler for all three, I know I know, I am going to wrap in a bath towel and park in in the oven until I get up tomorrow to pull all of it.

Will have the wife take some pics whilst pulling the pork and post either tomorrow before work or when I get home in the morning.......sometimes I HATE night shift.
