I finished up my work on my new UDS and decided to make some pulled pork for my wife's family for a Mother's Day event. I started Saturday evening around 11:30pm and took the butts off about an hour before the party to rest in the cooler. They took about 14 hours but it was a pretty easy 14 hours in the UDS.
