1st time doing spare ribs w/ q view

  1. I have done plenty of butts and baby back ribs in the past. This time i decided to do some spares, with a little research from this site I was able to trim them St. Louis style. I don't usually put sauce on them but my daughter wanted them sauced.

  16. Those look great! Spareribs are my favorite. love the fat to meat ratio.

  17. Wht did you rub on those babies, they look amazing

  18. For a dry rub we just threw together some onion, garlic, red pepper powder, brown sugar, dry mustard.

as far as the bbq sauce, my daughter likes sweet baby rays.

    Thanks everyone for the comments.
