Hey all,

This is AL from huntington Beach California, been through this site several times thought it was time to create an account, Thankfully I have had the good fortune to have been an outdoor cook for most of my life, between scouts and an outdoorsy camping family we did most of the cooking in the great outdoors. Now that i'm living a more suburban lifestyle i do most of this in the backyard.

About 6 years ago I began to get a little more serious about smoking, both cigars and meat, I had heard that a weber KettlI make a decent smoker, I had a performer at the time and off i went. Currently my smoking set up is:

2 Weber Kettle Grills

2 Smokenator 1000

Weber Rotisserie extension

and 2 Party Qs

I try to utilize the smoker at least once a month and often more, and grill every weekend smoking or not, the fair weather here makes that an outdoor activity nearly all year.
