1st whack at ribs. Spare ribs from Costco. Three full racks for $24. Rubbed them and spritzed them along the way with Apple juice, apple cider vinegar and 100 proof Captain Morgan. Mesquite was the wood choice. The 3-2-1 method worked really well. We reheated them on the grill with some apple juice to caramelize the next day. YUM! I took these pictures but forgot to snap the final product. OOPS! Unfortunately they were all eaten so there was nothing left to photograph. Again - delicious! Third smoke and third win!!! Enjoyed some of this while I waited.
