1st smoked pork tenderloin sirloin

  1. I've wanted to smoke tenderloin for awhile, but finding time to get the smoker out and tend to it these days just seems impossible. I got a nice tenderloin from nofrills sliced in half with 2 different rubs, (similar base with different spices). Gonna let sit in the fridge a bit then into the smoker.[​IMG]

    That's the biggest tenderloin I have ever seen.

    Are you sure it's not just a pork loin?

    Either way I'm sure it will be delicious.

  4. It's a porkloin sirloin half boneless.
    Just checked after 1st 2 hours and discovered to my horror that the circuit breaker on my house was tripped. No heat, no smoke. I'm 2 hours behind arrrrrg.
    Using my big chief for the smoker. Gonna have to finish it on the BBQ later. (Not a total loss, just not how I envisioned my day)
